1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

a. All Pakistani citizens (including GB, AJK) are eligible for allotment through software balloting.

2. COST OF APARTMENT

• The tentative costs are subject to change due to escalation in prices or unforeseen circumstances.
• Allottees are required to bear additional expenses including taxes, consultancy, and service charges.
• Charges for utilities like water, electricity, and gas connections must be borne by allottees.
• Statutory taxes as per law shall be applicable.

3. PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• 50% down payment with application + non-refundable processing fee (Rs. 5,000/- for Govt. employees, Rs. 25,000/- for General Public).
• Remaining 50% in 6 equal quarterly installments.
• No rebate on part/full early payments.
• Delay Payment Charges @ 1% per month or cancellation may apply on missed installments.
• No call-up notices will be issued; allottees must follow the schedule.

4. CANCELLATION OF APARTMENTS

• Non-payment of 3 consecutive installments may lead to cancellation.
• Cancellation notices will be issued; address updates are the responsibility of the allottee.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deduction and re-auction.
• Violation of community by-laws or unauthorized alterations also lead to cancellation.

5. IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR ALLOTTEES

• PHA reserves the right to alter apartment design, prices, or location within projects.
• Open areas and rooftops remain the property of PHA Foundation.
• Repairs for minor defects will be done free within one year of possession.
• Possession delays may lead to cancellation and no liability on PHA Foundation.
• Only residential use allowed; commercial activity is prohibited.
• Installments must be paid on schedule; no profit or interest will be paid by PHA.
• All communication will be on the address provided in the application.
• PHA is not responsible for losses due to natural disasters or closure of project.
• Final allotment is subject to verification and clearance of all dues.
