Welcome to the PHA Foundation. I am very proud of our supportive and engaging staff. We welcome our valuable allottees and members with wide-ranging backgrounds and interests, and offer apartments at affordable prices. The PHA Foundation is committed to provide shelter to serve the public interest and enhance the quality of living. Two pillars support our organization:

(i)    Leadership. Cultivating leadership in public service is a fundamental objective of the PHA Foundation.
(ii)   Service. Service is an integral part of the PHA Foundation, with staff participating in a wide variety of outreach efforts. Our organization provides valuable housing to the Federal Government Employees and General Public on no profit basis.

I am proud to be part of this organization who maintains the highest standards in housing and service. I encourage my members and allottees to explore the many resources and features of this website, and return often to see updates that we promise to make on an on-going basis.
