Director Monitoring & Coordination Message

The Government Pakistan is taking great interest to provide shelter to homeless. Therefore, various steps are initiated by the Managing Director, PHA Foundation like creation of separate section which prepares frame work, Projects study, preparation of Annual M&C Report, quarterly reports of all projects. The objectives of all these activities carried out by the M&C Directorate are good monitoring and efficient utilization of the available resources for the completion of the projects.

In this section précised reports has always been sent to the Managing Director to strengthen the system more efficient streamline and transparent. Monitoring and Coordination Department coordinate with other concern departments to develop an evaluation plan for every project.

I appreciate the technical and financial assistance of Land/Estate Wing / Engineering Wing and Consultants for launching of new Projects. At the end, I am thankful to all my colleagues and appreciate the efforts of all officers/officials actively involved for the betterment of transparent and effective M & C System in the organization.
