Kuchlak Project-Introduction: PHA-Foundation, Ministry of housing and works, Govt. of Pakistan has launched Housing scheme at Kuchlak Road Quetta, under Prime Minister Housing Program on a piece of land measuring 86 acre provided by Govt. of Baluchistan. The Scheme consists of 714 houses of various categories and 636 apartments The main objective of the project was to provide respectable and peaceful housing facility to approximately 1350 families, in the midst of Quetta. There is acute shortage of Peaceful housing schemes in the capital city of Baluchistan. This project will accommodate 1350 families in a prime location in Quetta. After completion of the scheme housing stock will be increased and will also provide economic activities in other sectors. The project was designed by M/s JV CIV Tech & EPAC Consultant, Peshawar. Design Review & Supervision was being carried out by M/s EA Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd, Karachi. Upon conclusion of M/s EA’s services, now, M/s New Vision Engineering Consultants have been hired for the supervisory consultancy services.
