The prime vision of PHA Foundation is to provide shelter to the needy Pakistanis. 1: To eliminate shelterlessness through development and construction of apartments for low income groups, employees of the PHA Foundation and other specified groups of people as decided by the foundation from time to time on ownership basis and at affordable cost. 2: To initiate, launch, sponsor and implement Hosing Schemes for the low income groups, employees of the Foundation and other specified groups of people as decided by the Foundation from time to time on ownership basis in Islamabad and other major cities of Pakistan.
